Form of Will

Out of all my traditional sketches this one always catches my eye. I think it's just the emotion I managed to capture in the character that I don't often pull off well enough. It makes me want to start playing with different facial expressions, getting them down so that I can implement them in future comic works. I think I've gotten to comfortable with where I stand. I need to push myself toward more "uncomfortable" zones. Edge up on things such as landscaping and character poses I haven't been able to pull off, in any case. I switched up my featured dev. Because I like this one a lot, and I hope you all do too. :D

Your work is very dynamic; even standing still some of your subjects seem to be ready to burst into action. I wish I could draw....

It's alright. I have a month left before I fly over the South Carolina for Basic training. My Step Dad just left a few days ago. He called Mom at 1 o' clock this morning saying he made it to Kuwait. So he's in Iraq now. :( But we all know he'll be alright. I've been supporting mom as best I can in the mean time. She's taking it pretty hard.
